RAYMOND T. SUNG



Raymond T. Sung graduated from UCLA Law School in 1990. He received his M.A. and B.A. (with Distinction) in Economics from Stanford University in 1987. At UCLA Law School, he was Chief Articles Editor, Volume 37 of the UCLA Law Review. He is the author of "Issues in the Enforcement of Carry Guarantees and Completion Guarantees: Anti-Deficiency Rules, Suretyship Statutes and Common Law," 37 UCLA L.Rev.225 (Oct. 1989). He was a Lecturer on "A Secured Lender's Practical Problems in Disposing of Licensed Goods," 1994 Annual Meeting of the Commercial Financial Services Committee of the American Bar Association in San Francisco, California, November, 1994. He is a member of the Financial Lawyers Conference and a contributing author of its Checklist for Secured Commercial Loans (1994 Edition). Prior to joining Levy, Small & Lallas, Mr. Sung was with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, LLP.
