STEVEN G. SMALL
Steven G. Small graduated from Harvard Law School, cum laude, in 1972. He received his B.A. degree from Harvard College, cum laude, in 1969. Prior to joining Levy, Small & Lallas in September, 1976, he was with the law firm of Mitchell, Silberberg & Knupp. He is the author of "Coming Changes in Division 9 of the California Commercial Code," 51 Los Angeles Bar Journal 272, 1975, and also author and editor of Checklist for Secured Commercial Loans published by the Financial Lawyers Conference, 1990 Edition and 1994 Edition. He is a past President and a member of the Board of Governors of the Financial Lawyers Conference, a member of the American Bar Association Committee on Commercial Financial Services (Subcommittees on Acquisition Financing, Factoring, Accounts Receivable and Inventory Financing, and Documentation), and a past member of the Legislative Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Section on Commercial Law and Bankruptcy, and the Uniform Commercial Code Committee of the State Bar of California.
