LEO D. PLOTKIN
LEO D. PLOTKIN graduated from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley in 1981. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1978, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Following graduation from law school, he became a law clerk for the Honorable Lawrence T. Lydick, United States District Judge, where he remained until joining Levy, Small & Lallas in October, 1983.
